We’re hiring: buyer’s agent
We are looking for a buyers agent to join our team! This team member will work primarily with our home buyer clients and support our overall sales operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide attentive service to clients
- Search for and identify property for home buyer clients
- Schedule and accompany clients on showings, home inspections and other appointments
- Schedule and provide access for appraisals and home inspections
- Keep team updated via email and tracking items in multiple databases
- Help convert home buyer leads
- Provide team support for sales activities overall
Qualifications:
- Interest and experience in client service and sales
- Relationship-focused
- Good listener and thoughtful communicator
- Able to convert leads
- Solid working knowledge of Boston neighborhoods
- Strong team player
- Attention to detail
- Able to track, record and update items in multiple databases
- Either have a current real estate license or ability to become licensed
