Buyer’s Agent

Who you are:

  • Your approach and work reflects the team’s  shared vision of building deep advisory relationships based on referrals and trust.
  • You are animated by analyzing property inventory and cleverly matching clients with homes that suit their vision and means. 
  • You’re adept at helping clients think critically and proficient at running numbers to advise on affordability and risk taking in a fast-moving market.

Your role on the team:

  • Onboard and qualify new buyer clients
    • Conduct homebuying meetings
    • Customize a search strategy for buyers
    • Run numbers to understand a buyer’s affordability and financial risk tolerance
    • Size up property matches against a client’s needs and means; be able to both make a case for and problematize a potential property match
  • Continuously track local markets and inventory, including, but not limited to, attending broker and public open houses with and for buyer clients 
  • Help host open houses to help attract and convert new buyer prospects
  • Work with the team lead to strategize, draft, and negotiate offers
  • Accompany buyers at home inspections
  • Co-lead quarterly homebuying workshop

Your qualifications:

  • Active MA real estate license
  • Active MA driver’s license and full access to a functional vehicle 
  • Real estate or sales experience (minimum two years preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Boston neighborhoods and/or immediate suburbs
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships in a sales and client-service setting
  • Ability to anticipate needs, raise constructive questions, help propose solutions, and deliver on them
  • Ability to contribute to a competent, creative, and joyful team culture
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite applications and Drive, including Calendar, Docs and Sheets
  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Experience in the Boston area rental market is a plus

Showings Agent

Who you are:

A people person. You enjoy being out in the field, meeting and tending to clients’ needs. A responsive, clear communicator who can tackle questions and showing requests from clients, while communicating professionally with agents to arrange showings, and closing the loop by sharing a debrief and flagging action steps with the team. You’re able to collaborate as a player on our growing team and work toward our shared team goals. 

Your role on the team:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and accompany showings on behalf of our buyer clients
  • Coordinate, schedule, and host showings for our listings
  • Coordinate, schedule, and accompany our buyers at property walk-throughs, such as repair, measurement, and final walk-throughs
  • Attend two team transaction check-ins per week 

Other requirements:

  • Active MA real estate license
  • Active MA driver’s license and full access to a functional vehicle 
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Working knowledge of Boston neighborhoods and/or immediate suburbs
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships in a sales and client-service setting
  • Ability to anticipate needs, raise constructive questions, help propose solutions, and deliver on them
