Cara and her husband Chris wanted a more permanent home to raise their daughter in Jamaica Plain. “Melony really helped us (a) understand that there was strategy [to buying a home], and (b) helped us come up with a really excellent strategy that we were happy with and could sleep with at night.”
“I came to learn is there’s a lot of aspects to purchasing a home, particularly in a market where there are a lot of people wanting to buy it,” Cara says.
Her advice? “Follow your gut. Move quickly. And listen to what Melony has to say because she knows what she’s talking about.”
